Family Scheduler App

Introduction:
The app is targeting families who are having young kids, grandparents, small home business that needed to share calendar schedule, assign job and also good communication between each other to not miss any schedule or task.

Responsible for UI UX design of the mobile app

Experience with mobile app and web app prototyping .
A strong understanding of information architecture and user flows
 Abitiy to use insight from user research to inform the design process

With the use of in app message could help user to communicate with family members, partner, small business workers to follow up task and chat immediately.

Upcoming event and task notifications

Push notifications will be shown on each activities that allow user to track on each activities base on the timing. A summary of reminders is also been categorised with overdue task/schedule, tody, tomorrow and also the next 7 days.

Calendars with group color indicators

Calendars will show list all of event under the event tab, task with subtask will be listed under task tab. There are also color indicator to indicate which group that the schedule/task belongs to. Users and able to scroll the other months to check on passed or upcoming events as well.

Connect with your group member through in app message

With the use of in app message could help user to communicate with family members, partner, small business workers to follow up task and chat immediately.

Task or schedule creation

Users are allow to create schedule with subtask or without subtask, attachements and choose to share or not to share with any family member.
